Delivery & Returns
We make every effort to create your future jewellery as quickly as possible. Most of our pieces are produced to order, which means that they are made especially for you, one by one, once your order has been confirmed. Production time therefore depends on demand and the piece ordered. In general, our production times vary between 1 and 5 working days (excluding periods of high demand such as the end-of-year festivities, etc.).
You have 14 working days to change your mind and return your order.
Is delivery free?
France :
- Free Colissimo delivery to a relay point for orders over €150.
- Free Colissimo home delivery for orders over €300.
International :
- Free Colissimo home delivery for orders over €300 in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
- Free Colissimo home delivery for orders over €400 in the following countries: Finland, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Malta, Romania, Algeria, Tunisia, Turkey.
- Free Colissimo home delivery from €500 to the rest of the world.

We offer a wide choice of delivery methods. It's up to you to choose the one that suits you best!
Delivery to a Colissimo delivery point
- Price: €4.50
- Free for orders over €150
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 days after your jewellery has been made
- Pick-up points: More than 9,000 pick-up points throughout France
How to choose your delivery point :
- At the ‘Delivery’ stage in your shopping basket, select ‘Ship to relay point’.
- Enter your town, postcode or full address.
- A list of the nearest drop-off points will appear. All you have to do is choose the one that suits you best!
Standard home delivery with Colissimo
- Price: €7
- Free for orders over €300
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 days after your product has been manufactured
- In the event of absence: a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online or to collect your parcel the next day from the post office of your choice, within 10 to 15 days (depending on the area).
Express home delivery with Chronopost
- Price: €14
- Delivery time: your order will be received the day after it is placed, before 1pm.
- If you need your jewel before a certain date, please contact us by email to confirm the delivery date with our team.
International deliveries
Delivery charges and options vary from country to country.
Standard home delivery with Colissimo International
- Delivery time: 3 to 6 working days after your product is manufactured
- Price: from €7
- In the event of absence: a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online or to collect your parcel the next day from the post office of your choice, within 10 to 15 days (depending on the country).
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind and make a refund.

Exchanges are not possible on our site. If you wish to make an exchange, we invite you to make a return and place another order on our site.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of a non-conforming product.
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Personalised or made-to-measure products are manufactured following a special request from the customer and are therefore non-refundable.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings with pierced ear studs, sleepers and hoop earrings are non-refundable, except in the case of non-compliant products. Clip-on earrings are not refundable.
