Why pre-order?
When you buy a piece of Ciléa jewellery, it is made to order once your order has been confirmed. For example, if you order the Serena earrings on Monday, we will make them on Tuesday. With a pre-order system, we group together all the sun earrings ordered over a given period in order to manufacture them at the same time.
This allows us to optimise the manufacture of your jewellery. The time required is reduced thanks to better anticipation, such as avoiding having to search for and put away tools for each order. This time saving translates into a slight reduction in the final price. In addition, materials management is improved, limiting losses and waste thanks to more efficient organisation.
So pre-ordering helps us to make your jewellery in a sensible way, while maintaining impeccable craftsmanship.
