Each piece of Ciléa jewelry is born of an idea and a design meticulously crafted by Stéphane Ravel. Each component is then carefully crafted to bring it to life. Our craftsmen must accumulate many years of experience to master the skills needed to create these unique pieces, such as this adorable bird brooch with its distinctive colorful details. Each brooch is truly unique, with its own characteristics that give it its own special charm.
Gaston is made entirely of emaline (glazed resin), but what makes it unique are the various techniques used for each element. Gaston’s little head has a pearly finish, revealing golden reflections in the light. Its body has a satin finish, while the wings around it have a velvet finish, adding contrast and relief. And because it’s all in the eyes, our little hummingbird sparkles with a rhinestone eye.
