Many of our pieces are produced to order, which means that the production time for your order varies according to demand and the piece ordered. Our production times vary between 1 and 5 working days (excluding periods of high demand: end-of-year celebrations, etc.).
. Delivery times vary according to the mode of transport chosen when confirming your order.
For hygienic reasons, all earrings, pierced ears and hoop earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
