We offer you a two (2) month warranty covering any manufacturing defect or abnormal wear by us covering any manufacturing defect or abnormal wear (by us).
We will check the jewel after sending the photos via the email address bonjour@cileabijoux.com and then repair or purchase a voucher valid for one (1) year.
CAN I HAVE MY CILÉA JEWELERY REPAIRED?
Our jewelry is made to last. We therefore repair all jewelry as much as possible.
To do this, contact us on bonjour@cileabijoux.com in order to agree together on the necessary repairs on your jewelry.
HOW DO WE CHOOSE OUR MATERIALS?
We carefully and precisely select high-quality, sustainable raw materials. In a responsible approach, we favor ethical European suppliers. Our main material, “Emaline”, is completely handcrafted in our workshop in Rennes.
WHERE ARE CILÉA JEWELERY PRODUCED?
All of our jewelry, without exception, is produced in our workshop in Rennes, France. We have only one workshop where all manufacturing processes are centralized.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY JEWELERY IS REALLY MADE IN FRANCE?
In terms of the law, a product is “Made in France” from the moment its last substantial transformation, ie approximately half of the added value is achieved in France. The “Living Heritage Company” label attests to the authenticity of this French manufacture. It rewards entirely French artisanal know-how.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE PRICES?
We have always sought the fairest possible prices for the highest possible quality.
WHY ARE THERE STOCK OUTPUTS ON THE SITE?
The Rennais manufacturing workshop revolves around an entirely artisanal production. This means that we only produce our jewelry in minimum quantities, one to two pieces are created at the same time. So we have very little jewelry stock.
HOW TO MAKE THE LIFE OF YOUR JEWELERY LAST?
Our jewelry is made with love in our workshop to last over time. To maintain their youthful appearance throughout their life, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and subjecting them to detergents.
