If you wish to send your package directly to your loved one, check the “this order is a gift” box when paying for your order.
Let us know if more than one package is needed, because, by default, we will only send one Ciléa box.
If you have special requests, let us know in the “comments” section, on the payment page or by e-mail bonjour@cileabijoux.com your wishes for packaging and personalized words.
WHAT IS THE PACKAGING THAT PROTECTS JEWELERY LOOKING LIKE?
We place each piece of jewelry in an individual pouch, made from eco-responsible fabrics. All the jewels of the same order are gathered in a rigid box marked with our logo.
I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SEVERAL JEWELERY OF WHICH ONE IS PRE-ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY JEWELERY?
If your order has multiple pieces of jewelry, we will ship your entire order when the pre-ordered jewelry is made.
