HOW ARE OUR FLORAL JEWELS CREATED?
Our floral collections are created throughout the year. During a spring walk, around a winter fire, at the office in front of a bouquet of fresh flowers.
STEP 1: DRAWING THE JEWELLERY
Everything starts with a drawing, a few lines on a sheet of paper give birth to a budding flower. Each design is then drawn on paper, studied with the team, and shaped in our workshop.
STEP 2: CREATING PROTOTYPES
Once the jewel has been shaped on paper, it must be given life. It is in this stage that all the know-how of our craftsmen resides: giving life to the imagination! We cut, we deform, we glue and we peel, we test different colours, it is a process that can last a day, a week or a month. And after a while, the jewel appears! The result is rarely the same as on the drawing, but this is where the charm of craftsmanship lies: letting the jewel take shape in your hands, giving it its unique character. Follow your heart and not the technical drawings.
STEP 3: THE CHOICE OF COLOURS
All our dyes are handmade in our workshop, which allows us to have an infinite range of colours. The hardest part of the creation process is choosing the colours fo the jewellery!
STEP 4: MAKING IN THE WORKSHOP
And the last, but most important step, the manufacturing of our jewellery by hand. Our workshop is now home to 4 craftsmen, all dedicated to offering you original and quality costume jewellery. Each piece of our colorful jewellery is the object of particular attention from our craftsmen: during the cutting of the elements, the dyeing and the engraving of the petals, the assembly and the deformation of the flower, and the setting of the fastener. Each step of the manufacturing process is done by hand by our craftsmen. Once ready, the jewel is checked by a second member of the team before leaving the workshop, to arrive at your home with its certificate of authenticity.
